How do I identify my Mac chip?
Open the Apple menu and choose “About This Mac”. Choose the Apple silicon version for an Apple M-series chip. Intel processors are not currently supported.
How do I install the client?
Windows: open the EXE installer and follow the prompts. Mac: open the DMG, drag AdBegin into Applications, then launch it.
Can I use the client immediately after downloading?
Existing customers can sign in directly. New customers should contact sales to confirm a plan and arrange account access.
What if installation or startup fails?
Note your operating system version, chip type and the error message, then contact sales for support. On Mac, first confirm that the installer matches your chip.
